1Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

• Personal use: A BK8 Asia account is for personal use only. You are not permitted to register or use a BK8 Asia account on behalf of another individual or entity.

3Registration & Account Management

The BK8 Asia registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a secure password. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.

During or after registration, BK8 Asia may require you to complete an identity verification process (KYC — Know Your Customer) before permitting withdrawals or granting full access to all platform features. The KYC process may require you to submit documents such as a photo of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or a valid passport.

You agree to:

• Keep your account information up to date whenever changes occur, especially your phone number and bank or e-wallet details for withdrawals.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Finances

BK8 Asia accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (including Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks), Boost, and ShopeePay. BK8 Asia does not accept payment methods from outside Malaysia.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit is RM30 per transaction.
• All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR).
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.
• BK8 Asia does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.
• All deposited funds must be from a legitimate source and must belong to you. BK8 Asia reserves the right to hold or cancel any transaction suspected of involving illicit funds or fraud.

Withdrawal:

• Withdrawals may only be made to an e-wallet or bank account registered under the same name as your BK8 Asia account.
• Withdrawals for accounts that have completed the KYC process are processed within 15 to 30 minutes on business days.
• BK8 Asia reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed a specified limit.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if there are any outstanding bonus wagering requirements tied to funds in the account.
• BK8 Asia reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold while an investigation is ongoing in cases of suspected fraud or platform abuse.

5Betting Rules

This section outlines the general rules applicable to all bets placed on BK8 Asia, covering football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, Champions League), badminton, cricket, e-sports, and Virtual Sports. Sport-specific rules are available in the relevant sections within the platform.

Bet Acceptance:

• All bets are subject to acceptance by BK8 Asia. BK8 Asia reserves the right to decline or limit bets from any member at any time without providing a reason.
• Confirmed and accepted bets cannot be amended or cancelled by the member, except through the Cash Out feature where available for selected matches.
• Odds are accurate at the time a bet is submitted. BK8 Asia reserves the right to adjust odds before a bet is confirmed.

Bet Settlement:

• Bets are settled based on official results announced by the relevant sports governing body.
• If a match is postponed and not replayed within 48 hours, bets will be voided unless otherwise specified in the rules for that particular sport.
• For matches played at a venue different from the one specified, BK8 Asia reserves the right to void the related bets.
• BK8 Asia is not responsible for any inaccuracies in live scores or statistics displayed on the platform.

Virtual Sports: All virtual Sports Betting on BK8 Asia uses an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system. Results are final and cannot be disputed on technical grounds unless there is a clear system failure.

E-Sports: Bets placed on e-sports matches such as Mobile Legends, PUBG Mobile, and Dota 2 are subject to the official results declared by the tournament organizer. In the event of a result dispute between teams, BK8 Asia will await the organizer's final ruling before settling the bets.

6Bonus & Promotions

BK8 Asia offers a range of bonuses and promotions including a 150% Welcome Bonus, 10% weekly cashback, EPL weekend promotions, IPL cricket cashback, and more. All promotions are subject to the following terms:

• One claim per promotion: Unless otherwise stated, each member is entitled to claim each promotion once only. Duplicate accounts attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times will be subject to account closure.
• Rollover requirements: Each bonus carries a specified rollover requirement (wagering requirement), which is the total amount you must wager using your bonus funds before a withdrawal can be made. The specific rollover requirement for each promotion is stated on the relevant promotions page.

7Account Security & Privacy

BK8 Asia uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data communications between our platform and your browser. That said, you also play an important role in keeping your account secure:

• Use a strong password that combines uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid easily guessed passwords, and do not reuse passwords from other services.
